Battalion 22 and the crew responded to a fire in Roseland today. The structure was a two-story ordinary building measuring 25 x 50 feet. Battalion 22 reported heavy fire on the second floor and fire in the cockloft. I arrived at the scene after the fire had been brought under control. Thanks for the update, Dan Shevlin.

The photos show firefighters working quickly and efficiently to contain the blaze. It’s clear that the team was on high alert, especially with the fire extending into the cockloft—a common challenge in older buildings. The community is grateful for their efforts and the quick response that prevented further damage.
