During the milling process, the engraving machine will generate a large amount of small debris, and the debris on the work site will be splashed everywhere. At the same time, the traditional engraving machine generally uses a large amount of emulsion to spray. This type of hydraulic lubrication cools, there are some shortcomings in this way. After the engraving and milling machine adopts a small amount of lubrication, the machining process is quasi-dry cutting, and the micro-lubrication system can provide an appropriate amount of lubricating oil according to the actual processing requirements. During the engraving machine milling process, according to the processing steps, the cutting tool is cooled and lubricated and the debris is removed. The micron-sized oil mist particles generated by the system are greatly affected by the high-speed rotating centrifugal force, which makes the oil mist more penetrating and quickly reaches the lubrication point, making the lubricating oil utilization more effective. Compared with the hydraulic station type spray lubrication method, the huge lubrication station system and the waste liquid processing link are eliminated, and no oil leakage occurs, and the equipment and the ground environment are clean, and zero sewage is realized.
