During the progress of the DEUTZ IV project, in response to the specific implementation time of the country's adjustment of the IV national emission regulations, the company will follow the sales plan for the next five years, the actual manufacturing progress of the equipment supplier, and the company’s “Implementation of Investment Project Investment Optimization.” The notice requires CA4DH lightweight design, etc. to adjust and optimize existing implementation plans in due course. During the installation and commissioning of imported equipment, the commissioning staff sent by the manufacturer was insufficient, thus affecting the equipment commissioning progress. To this end, the company's relevant personnel held a special meeting to implement the progress of work and personnel arrangements, and ultimately reached an agreement with the manufacturers, so that the other party to adjust the number of debugging personnel to ensure the progress of the work. At the same time, the workshop staff also made every effort to solve various problems and overcome difficulties. Once, the sealing ring of the emulsion line was cut off by iron scraps, because it was in the off hours, so when the staff found the problem on the second day of work, the large amount of emulsion leaked not only wetted the floor of the production site. Even the pit reserved for installing the equipment is full of fluid. There was no professional cleaning tool at the site. The staff on the spot used only one raft and mop to clean it up by a little area until all were cleaned. In the process of preliminary equipment commissioning, after the workshop staff found that the design of the station was irrational and the design of the tooling and tools could not meet the production requirements of the product, the relevant personnel were informed at the first time and communicated and coordinated with the manufacturer to prompt them to make adjustments as soon as possible. In order to achieve the company's production requirements. After several rounds of repeated verification, this problem has finally been solved. When auxiliary equipment such as rocker cranes and washing machines of some production lines are not installed, in order to meet the testing requirements of the import processing center, we use the shoulder lift to lift the blanks of a piece of cylinder, cylinder head, etc. Need to debug the processing center, and self-made cleaning tools to clean up the rough, to create conditions for equipment commissioning.
