Manufacturing Process: Pipes must be manufactured through hot rolling or cold drawing, following the guidelines of GB/T 6479. Heat Treatment: For wall thickness (WT) ≤ 30 mm, normalization followed by tempering is required. For WT > 30 mm, quenching and tempering or normalization and tempering is necessary. Inspection and Testing: Includes chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, flattening test, expansion test, impact test, macroscopic inspection, non-metallic inclusion assessment, non-destructive testing, surface inspection, and dimensional verification. Available Lengths: 4000mm, 6000mm, 9000mm, 12000mm, and more. Maximum unrolled length is up to 30 meters. Additional processes such as U-bending, finning, and nailing are also available. Surface Options: External shot blasting for scale removal and a matte finish, or surface polishing for further processing like fin trimming.
