2. Sintered bronze powder of 0.20-0.35mm offers maximum thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface, also serving as a reservoir for the PTFE-lead mixture.
3. Low-carbon steel provides exceptionally high load-carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
4. Copper/Tin plating of 0.002mm ensures good corrosion resistance.
5. Suitable for dry running, low coefficient of friction, reduced wear, and good sliding characteristics. It forms a transfer film that protects the mating metal surface, ideal for rotary and oscillating movements. High chemical resistance, low water absorption, and swelling. Also performs well with lubrication.
