Description

The HSINC-18 marine incinerator is specifically designed for the onboard disposal of shipboard waste oil and solid materials. It consists of four main components: A. A combustion chamber equipped with a diesel oil burner, sludge burner, and an electric control panel. B. A flue gas fan. C. A flue gas damper. D. A sludge tank with a circulation pump and heater. This unit is ideal for ships that need an efficient and safe way to manage their waste. The HSINC-18 features a single front door for loading solid waste and removing ash. The door can be opened when the unit is in standby mode (COM. Temp. below 220°C). If the incinerator is in cooling down mode, the door can be opened once the temperature drops below 100°C and the system has fully stopped. The electrical control panel is installed directly on the incinerator and includes fuses, starters, PLC, and an operator panel. This setup complies with global standards for marine equipment, ensuring safety and durability. The operator panel, located on the right side of the control panel, has a touchscreen and predefined keys for starting, stopping, and selecting burner modes. The entire burning process is controlled by the PLC and monitored via the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and a photoresistor. The combustion chamber temperature is automatically regulated by the PLC system.
