Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings
The basic assortment of double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings provided here includes
NNCL,NNÂ and NNCÂ open design bearings, as well as sealed NNF design bearing
All bearings are non-separable and have an annular groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring to facilitate
lubrication. NNF design bearings have three additional lubrication holes in the inner ring.
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have solid inner and outer rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to their kinematic conditions, however, they cannot achieve the high speeds that are possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with cage.How to expand the lifetime of  Full Complement Bearings cylindrical roller bearing:

1. The installation is correct, that affects precision, life, performance. And fill the bearing with lubricant after installation.
2. Don't allow strong impact, such as hammer striking, transfer roller pressure
3. Use the accurate installation tool, avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers
4. Lubricate the bearing to avoid rust with high quality mineral oil, especially in summer
