1. Product Description
Two-component polyurethane foam machines are primarily used for combining polyether and isocyanate. They utilize high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps to convey the components. Flow detection systems send signals to a PLC, which adjusts the pump speed in real-time for accurate flow control. The measured components enter the system through a high-low conversion valve or get mixed in the mixing head. The equipment includes a jacketed working tank (optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on the configuration, it may use volumetric or mass flow meters. The machine offers online adjustable foaming ratios, real-time flow display, adjustable working pressure, material temperature control, excellent mixing performance, and stable foam quality.
