Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions (WTS) has received several contracts to deliver heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to four Chinese shipyards.
According to reports, these HVAC systems will be delivered to:
1. Four bulk carriers being built by Jinling Shipyard, which are expected to be delivered between September 2015 and June 2016;
2. The eight bulk carriers being built by Yangshan Group Zhoushan Shipyard, which are expected to be delivered between November 2015 and September 2016;
3. Four chemical tankers being built by GSI, which are expected to be delivered between December 2015 and July 2016;
4. A training ship being built by Dalian COSCO Shipyard, which is expected to be delivered in December 2015. The shipowner is Dalian Maritime University and will be the third training ship of the university.
