We have our own R&D team.Using Solidworks,UG,PRO_E,CATIA,CF Design and AUTO CAD,we are able to design products as drawings you provide.Besides,radiator thermal performance simulation system is adopted to do analysis.

Quality control
All the products are tested in house according to VW's standard TL874,which is stricter than industry standard.We have a list of certifications such as ISO/TS16949-2014,ISO14001,OHSAS18001,ISO9001.

Equipments
The production facilities we have are Automatic Assembly Machine,Vacuum Brazing Furnace,Oil Cooler Production Line,British NOCOLOK Brazing Furnace Production Line,Wire Cutting Machine, Brazing Furnace Production Line,Tube-fin Pipe Series Radiator Production Line,Drum Heat's Transmission Oil Cooler Production Line,High Precision Surface Grinding Machine,The Third NOCOLOK Brazing Production Line,Press Workshop,SWT850 Machining Center,DMC64V Machining Center.
Testing facilities are Helium Leak Test Equipment,Spectrum Analyzer,and Electronic Universal Tensile Testing Machine.
