Control system composition and working principle 1.1 system consists of the system by the power switch cabinet. There has been a malfunction.
The relative energy saving of the variable frequency air compressor is closely related to the gas supply quantity, and the gas supply quantity is constantly changing under different pressures. Therefore, it is difficult to directly calculate the electric energy saved by using the frequency conversion ratio instead of using the frequency conversion. Generally, accurate data is obtained by comparing the operating parameters before and after the energy saving reform. We tested the data before and after the system transformation of the front end of the switch cabinet.
The service life of the air compressor has increased. The air compressor realizes the soft start function and eliminates the instantaneous mechanical shock of the start. The gas supply pressure is stable. In the frequency conversion state, the pipe network pressure can be stabilized at around 0.693, ensuring stable use of gas equipment and improving work quality. Ambient temperature. When the temperature is too high and the temperature changes greatly, the inside of the inverter is prone to condensation and its insulation performance will be greatly reduced or even cause a short circuit accident.
Vibration and shock. When the control cabinet equipped with the inverter is subjected to mechanical vibration and shock, it may cause poor electrical contact. Therefore, in addition to improving the mechanical strength of the control cabinet, away from the vibration source and the impact source, the anti-vibration rubber pad should also be used to fix the control cabinet.
Corrosive gas. If the concentration of corrosive gas used in the environment is large or the air is too humid, it will not only corrode the leads of the components. Printed circuit boards, etc., and will accelerate the aging of plastic devices to reduce insulation performance.
In order to extend the service life of the inverter and protect the normal operation of the system, it is very important and effective to carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the inverter.
