[Chen Deming]: I will answer the first question first. We now envisage that it will be possible to achieve 30 million kilowatts of wind power by 2020. There is room for it. By last year we had more than 2.6 million kilowatts of wind power, probably more than 4 million kilowatts under construction. There are many difficulties in wind power generation. I think there are three typical difficulties: First, we have a relatively scientific and accurate understanding of the wind resources of China. We still lack a lot of meteorological data. We are working with the National Weather Service to conduct this survey, but it will take time. In particular, two-thirds of China's wind power is at sea, and we lack the wind resource data at sea. Second, we also need to pay attention to environmental protection and electrical safety in wind power generation. For example, some wind belts are just migratory sites for migratory birds. We must pay attention to the protection of animal diversity. For example, although there are winds in some places, it is difficult to connect with the local power grid, or the power grid is relatively small, can not withstand such a large power, and has a safety problem.
Third, the manufacture and development of wind power equipment. Now in China, including foreign manufacturing companies in China, we are able to produce 1.5 megawatts, which is 1500 kW of wind turbines. For larger wind turbines, we are still in the process of development and experimentation.
A 3 MW prototype will be developed next year, but we may also want to go to the 5 MW prototype. Because as the fan radius increases, more wind resources can be obtained.
