The lower chamber of the pneumatic actuator pushes the piston upward, the piston drives the valve stem, the valve stem moves the valve core to open the valve, and the electric signal of the reversing valve is cut off, so that the piston moves in reverse to close the valve. Such a valve configuration is called Closed. On the other hand, to make a normally open type, it is only necessary to change the connection mode between the electromagnetic directional valve and the pneumatic actuator.
