Product Description

The double work position centrifugal cylinder casting machine is composed of two main engines, a set of mobile auxiliary machine working platform, an automatic pouring device, a casting tube conveying device, and an electric control system. The two main engines work in coordination with the auxiliary machines, while the pouring system performs automatic pouring to the two main engines on a time-sharing basis.
The main engines are designed with a horizontal supporting wheel structure, and their speed is regulated through frequency conversion. The auxiliary machines are compactly arranged on a single mobile platform. Both the mobile platform and the spraying vehicle use a servo driving method. This machine is characterized by a compact structure, smooth movement, and a high level of automation.
The control system uses a PLC to manage the actions of the main machines and auxiliary machines, as well as the speed regulation of the supporting wheels of the main machines. The variable speed regulating system consists of an AC frequency conversion motor and an AC frequency conversion speed regulator. By using imported AC frequency converters, the system features low-speed high-torque operation, smooth speed control, and a wide speed range. The touch screen can monitor the working condition of the centrifugal casting machine, display pouring process parameters, and show fault alarm information. The control system has two operating modes: manual and automatic.

Mold cooling and temperature measurement devices for main engine
1 Each engine is equipped with separate cooling channels that evenly cool the mold, solenoid valve, and manual flow control valve.
2 Each main engine is fitted with three infrared thermometers measuring the temperatures of the head, middle, and tail sections respectively. Protective devices are installed on the thermometers.

Electric Control System
The electric control system mainly includes frequency conversion, servo driver, PLC, touch screen, control cabinet, LV electric components, buttons, and indicator lights.
1 The PLC is used as the lower-level control computer, and the 10.4-inch color touch screen serves as the upper-level monitoring computer. This allows for stepless speed control of the main machine, automatic cooling control, positioning of the moving parts, and automatic speed control of the auxiliary machine. It also enables monitoring of the working status and technological parameters (such as rotation speed, cooling time, etc.) of the main machine, as well as setup and modification of position and speed parameters for the auxiliary machine. Parameters like speed and position during the entire operation of the machine can be automatically programmed from the touch screen, thus meeting the requirements for automated production.
2 Technological parameters for no less than 20 types of castings are stored in the touch screen and can be conveniently retrieved.
3 The control system provides both manual and automatic control modes that can be switched according to requirements. The manual mode is used for machine adjustment, while the automatic mode is used for normal operation.
4 Each main machine can be shifted to off-line or on-line status during operation.
5 The control system is equipped with comprehensive safety measures such as interlocking, overheat, and overload protection to ensure its safety and uninterrupted production.
6 Electrical control boxes are equipped with air conditioners.

Spray Coating Device:
1 The spray coating trolley is driven by a servo motor through a rack and pinion mechanism. The advancing speed is 200-300 mm/s, and the reversing speed is 50-200 mm/s during the spray coating process.
2 The spraying speed and distance within a single journey can be divided into four adjustable sections.
3 The air supply line is equipped with an air pressure stabilizing tank, which can provide the spray pressure. The air pressure stabilizing tank is installed on the mobile platform.

Cast Tube Conveying Device
When the cast tube is pulled out, it is sent to the conveying belt extending from the tail of the auxiliary machine for 3000 mm. At the end of the conveying belt, there is a detection device for the presence of the cast tube and a cast tube overturn mechanism. Therefore, once the presence is detected, the cast tube will be automatically turned over onto the cooling device (supplied by the buyer).
