The Jilin Petrochemical Ethylene Plant recently targeted the climate change characteristic of the high fire season of the year in spring and timely adjusted the focus of the work. Through the investigation of hidden dangers, publicity and education, and fire drills, the fire prevention work in the spring was carried out to ensure the safety of the device. The production work is proceeding in an orderly manner. The factory set up a spring fire prevention leading group, revised and improved the safety fire prevention responsibility system and accident emergency plan for each post, and timely checked and cleaned the debris in the trenches, pipe trenches, cable trenches, and air defense pipes in the installation area and organized inspection lines. The personnel conducted detailed inspections of the external pipelines, with particular emphasis on the inspection and emergency handling of leakage points to prevent leakage and fire accidents. They also conducted strict inspections on the implementation of fire protection measures for the storage, handling, and transportation of hazardous chemicals to ensure that they are absolutely safe.
