Special equipment for gold dressing - deoxygenation tower

The domestic deoxidation tower was successfully developed by China Nonferrous Metals Institute. At present, it is mainly from Liaozhong, Inner Machinery, Zhuyuan and Dairy. Zhaoyuan Huangji General Factory produces Φ700×3000 and Φ1400×4400 deoxygenation towers.
With gold in the cyanide process, the dissolved oxygen in the liquid is expensive, harmful for the zinc substitution. The vacuum deoxidation tower is an ideal equipment for deoxidation. It has a simple structure and convenient operation. It can reduce the oxygen content in the noble liquid to below 0.5g/m 3 and the deoxidation rate to over 95%.
The working principle of the deoxidizing tower is that the solution is sucked into the top of the tower by vacuum, and is sprayed onto the packing layer through the shower. Under the action of vacuum, the dissolved gas in the liquid is taken out to achieve the purpose of deoxidation.

The deoxidation tower produced by Xinhai Mining Machinery is mainly divided into three kinds according to different fillers, namely, wooden lattice filler, point wave filler and new plastic mesh filler. The new plastic mesh filler is a new product developed by the company, which solves the disadvantages of the deoxidation effect of the point wave filler due to the calcium plugging effect of the alkaline cyanide solution. Its technical performance is shown in Table 2.

Working principle: the noble liquid is sucked from the top of the tower by vacuum, and is sprayed onto the packing layer by the sprayer. Under the action of vacuum, the dissolved gas in the liquid is removed, thereby achieving the purpose of deoxidation.
