The use of high and low voltage switchgear electricity test bench

The high and low voltage switchgear power-on test bench is used for high and low voltage switchgear manufacturers to conduct various power test before leaving the factory for the high and low voltage switchgear produced. It can provide a variety of AC and DC power supply to facilitate the detection of switchgear and improve work efficiency.

Operating instructions Take a test of a single-phase AC voltage meter as an example:

1. Connect input power AC380V

2. Check and confirm if the wiring is connected to the main power switch 3. Return the regulator to zero and press "switch on",

4. Then press the "switch on" switch on the panel to switch the operating voltage 5. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value and observe the voltmeter condition.

6. After the test is completed, press the “opening” twist of the AC operating voltage on the panel. Then, disconnect the main power switch:

1. Connect the “AC380V power input” to the three-phase four-wire network. Connect the ground wire to the earth network. Never connect the ground wire to the neutral wire or access the housing of other equipment. It will bring great danger to the subsequent test work. As we all know, if the equipment fails or the equipment shell is live, the operator will contact the live body as if it were connected to a 380V power grid.
