1. During installation, check whether the basic data listed on the product label meets the actual conditions of use;

During installation, the cable or wire is introduced into the terminal through the lead-in device, and then the metal sealing nut or explosion-proof cable is used to clamp the sealing joint (with a cable pull-out device to press the rubber sealing ring to the cable seal, and pay attention to the outer diameter of the cable Match with the lead-in device used (see the cable lead-in device logo or the above table for the outer diameter of the cable, do not show the phenomenon that small cables pass through the large sealing ring to avoid squeezing and sealing, which affects explosion-proof performance). Install explosion-proof isolation seal boxes in accordance with relevant national standards and regulations. The unused cable entry and exit should be effectively blocked;

3. Before using the product, check whether the components are installed correctly, whether the wiring is accurate, the sealing strip is intact, etc.;

4. The internal and external grounding of the product must be reliably grounded;

5. It is strictly forbidden to open the cover with electricity to ensure the safety of the operator and the scene;

6. During installation and maintenance, you should cut off the power of the previous stage and then open the cover. After opening the cover, check whether the parts are intact. Damaged parts should be replaced in time;

7. During installation and maintenance, the sealing strip must be completely adhered to the groove, the flameproof joint surface must be evenly coated with 204-1 anti-rust oil, and tighten the fastening screws;

8. If rubber seals, gaskets are aged, cracked, or lost during maintenance, the rubber seals with the same technical specifications and hardness should be replaced immediately to avoid affecting the explosion-proof and protective performance of the product;

9. The replacement of metal parts when repairing products must pay attention to the selection of materials to ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the product;

10. In order to ensure the normal operation of the product, the user must carry out regular inspections according to the following regulations:

1) External inspection and cleaning work, if the metal shell or parts are found to have a paint layer falling off or corroding rust, apply gauze to polish it and apply anti-rust paint;

2) Check whether the electrical performance of the product is in good condition;

3) It is recommended that users perform maintenance once every six months and certain repairs once a year.
