Portable/Mobile Welding Fume Extractor With Double Exhaust Extractor Arms
This welding fume extractor is designed for the purification of smoke and dust during welding, polishing, cutting, and grinding processes. It can also be used for recycling rare metals and precious materials, effectively capturing suspended small metallic particles in the air.
Operating Principle:
The device is equipped with a three-layer filtration system.
1. Under the assistance of the fan, welding fumes are drawn into the inlet through the suction hood. A flame arrester is installed at the inlet to block sparks, allowing larger particles to settle in the dust bag after passing through the gravity separator.
2. Smaller particles are captured on the surface of the core filter. The purified gas then flows into the clean room after being filtered by the core filters.
3. In the clean room, the gas is further purified by activated carbon before meeting the required standards and entering the air or other designated areas.
**Basic Stage Filtration Process for the Welding Fume Extractor**
Stage 1: Air passes through a pre-filter fire-proof net.
Stage 2: Air goes through a second pre-separator to reduce medium to heavy particulate matter.
Stage 3: Air passes through the LongLife-H filter where welding fume particles are captured and deposited.
Stage 4: An activated carbon filter helps prevent or neutralize the release of odors back into the environment.

6. Three-layer filtration system protects against flame and large slag particles, extending the equipment's lifespan and enhancing safety and reliability.
7. Clean air is evenly guided and dispersed through the grille outlet, minimizing noise levels.
8. Equipped with multi-directional casters, making the unit highly mobile and easy to position.
9. Photoelectric controlled on/off function ensures energy saving and high efficiency. The hood includes a lighting option based on customer preference.
