Asia-Pacific 15 countries reunite China to promote the perfection of ANTAM rice transplanter standard

[ China Agricultural Machinery Industry News ] On September 11, the third Asia-Pacific Agricultural Machinery Testing Network (ANTAM) standard training course started in Nanning. Pan Xuefeng, inspector of the Agricultural Mechanization Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Liu Min, Director of the Agricultural Machinery Identification Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, Jiang Weide, Deputy Director of the Guangxi Agricultural Machinery Bureau, and Mr. Anshuman Varma, Project Officer of the United Nations Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization Center, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
On behalf of the Department of Agricultural Mechanization of the Ministry of Agriculture, Pan Xuefeng congratulated the training class and introduced the status quo and development trend of China's agricultural mechanization development. He said that the training course was set up to build a platform for extensive exchanges and in-depth cooperation between agricultural and agricultural machinery testing and testing institutions in China and other Asia-Pacific countries. It will help to enhance understanding and cooperation among peers and help promote the Asia-Pacific region. The main countries' agricultural machinery test standards and procedures are coordinated and unified, improving the agricultural machinery test and testing capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region, gradually achieving mutual recognition of regional agricultural machinery test results, and promoting safer and energy-saving agricultural machinery production and application in the Asia-Pacific region. Pan Xuefeng hopes that China and the relevant departments of agricultural machinery in the Asia-Pacific countries will strengthen exchanges, deepen friendship and promote cooperation, and jointly promote the “One Belt, One Road” initiative to take root in the field of agricultural machinery and establish a new pattern of cooperation in agricultural machinery development in the Asia-Pacific region.
Liu Min, director of the Agricultural Machinery Identification Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, briefly introduced the main functions and development status of the terminus, as well as the development of China's agricultural machinery test and identification system. He said that as the lead point for the Asia-Pacific Agricultural Machinery Testing Network (ANTAM), CAMTC will further promote the establishment of ANTAM as a regional cooperation platform. I hope that this training course will be used as a starting point to reach more consensus among agricultural machinery testing and testing institutions in the Asia-Pacific region, jointly promote the coordination of rice transplanter test standards and methods, and promote mutual cooperation. At the same time, Guangxi Agricultural Mechanization Administration and Guangxi Thanks for the support of the Agricultural Machinery Appraisal Station, the Nanning Municipal Agriculture Committee and the Agriculture Bureau of Binyang County, Nanning.
Mr. Anshuman Varma, Project Officer of the United Nations Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization Center, thanked the Agricultural Mechanization Management Division of the Ministry of Agriculture for its strong support and the outstanding contribution of CAMTC. He said that CSAM is one of the six regional bodies of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific to support the UN's goal of sharing prosperity, social equity and sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region. ANTAM establishes unified standards through South-South, North-South cooperation and plays a role in regional integration and integration. The ANTAM standard training course is also highly aligned with the vision of economic cooperation and integrated development advocated by China's “One Belt, One Road” initiative.

The training course was held in the first two sessions of the ANTAM hand-held tractor and spray duster standard. According to the newly developed ANTAM rice transplanter standard, CAMTC and CSAM were jointly organized by 15 countries from Asia Pacific. More than 30 experts and student representatives gathered in China again to jointly promote the improvement and application of ANTAM rice transplanter standards.
The opening ceremony was co-chaired by Ms. Camilla Stelitano, Project Commissioner (CSAM), and Han Xue, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Agricultural Machinery Identification Terminal (CAMTC) of the Ministry of Agriculture. After the opening ceremony, the participants will conduct a one-week theoretical study and practical teaching around the ANTAM rice transplanter standard. The practical teaching part will be carried out in Guangxi Binyang County Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperative.

Dry Concrete Batching Plant is one special kind of Concrete Mixing Plant , which don't need Concrete Mixer . the aggregate and cements are directly unloaded into concrete mixer truck after weighing . they will be mixed in the concrete mixer truck during the transport . Dry Concrete Batching Plant is popular these years as it it simple and the cost is lower than wet concrete mix plant .
