The disconnection between science and technology and production has affected the transformation of scientific research results. The overall strength is relatively low, and the potential for industrial development is insufficient.

By 2020, the field of sensors and instrumentation components should strive to achieve three strategic goals: focus on industrial control, automotive, communications, and environmental protection, and focus on sensors, flexible components, optical components, and special circuits to develop autonomous knowledge. The original technology and products of property rights; Based on MEMS technology, relying on integrated, intelligent and networked technologies, strengthening the manufacturing process and the development of new sensors and instrument components, leading the leading products to reach and approach similar foreign products Advanced level; with the main objective of increasing variety, improving quality and economic efficiency, accelerating industrialization, so that the occupancy rate of domestic sensors and instrument components reaches 70% 80%, and high-grade products reach more than 60%.
