Structures and Features
The GF125 is a high-speed centrifuge designed for efficient separation of liquids and solids. It consists of a main body, driving mechanism, bowl collecting pan, and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper part of the bowl features a flexible main shaft, while the lower part has a damp floating design. The main shaft is connected to a driven wheel through a coupling seat with a buffer system. Power is transmitted via a motor, belt, and tensioner, allowing the bowl to rotate at high speeds, creating a strong centrifugal force field.
As the product enters from the bottom, the liquid flows upward along the inner wall of the bowl and separates into different layers based on density. The heavier liquid forms an outer ring, while the lighter liquid forms an inner ring, both exiting through their respective outlets. Micro-solids settle on the bowl walls and are manually removed after shutdown.

The GF125 model is ideal for separating various emulsions, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with small density differences and liquid-liquid-solid separation with minimal impurities. Common applications include oil and micropowder separation, extraction of plant liquids, plasma and cell separation, and milk cream separation.
