Structures and Features
This is a high-speed separator known for its efficient separation performance. The machine consists of the main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan, and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper part of the bowl features a flexible main shaft, while the lower part is designed with a damping floating system. The main shaft connects to a driven wheel via a coupling seat equipped with a buffer. Power is transmitted through a motor, belt, and tensioner to rotate the bowl at high speed, creating a strong centrifugal force field.
The product enters from the bottom and flows upward along the inner wall of the bowl. It separates into different layers based on density. In the GF model, the denser liquid forms an outer ring, while the lighter liquid forms an inner ring, both flowing to the top of the bowl and exiting through their respective outlets. Micro solids settle on the bowl walls and are manually removed after the machine is turned off.
Product Application
The GF series is ideal for separating various emulsions, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with small density differences and liquid-liquid-solid separation with minimal impurities. Applications include oil and micropowder separation, extraction of plant liquids, plasma and cell separation, and milk cream separation.
