The excavators used in the construction of mines mostly adopt the electromechanical-hydraulic integrated control mode. The common faults are: the engine speed decreases, the rotation is weak, and the working speed becomes slow.

1. Mine excavator engine speed drops:

The engine output power is tested first. If the output power is lower than the rated power, the fuel pressure may be low, the fuel quality may be poor, the cylinder of the engine may not work, the valve clearance may be wrong, the fuel quantity may not be set correctly, and the brake There was a problem with the joystick. If the output power is normal, check whether the flow rate of the lower hydraulic pump and the output power of the engine match. Because, once the pump control system fails, the engine and the pump valve cannot achieve the state of optimized load matching in different working conditions, and the excavator cannot work normally.

2, mining excavator rotary powerless:

Check that the hydraulic displacement follows the constant power output. That is, without affecting the speed, adjust the swash plate angle to reduce the displacement. Second, when the engine is under heavy load, the engine does not decelerate, and the system speed is normal; this requires debugging the system pressure, and it only needs to be adjusted according to the manufacturer's specified standards. In addition, when the pressure of the relief valve cannot be adjusted, it is necessary to check the adjustment system of the hydraulic pump, and even the components of the hydraulic pump, such as the cylinder, the flow disk, and the plunger.

3, mining excavator work slower:

If the excavator has a long service life, slower speeds are caused by normal wear and tear. Repair and replacement of worn out parts is required. If the new excavator suddenly slows down, check from the following aspects: first check whether the circuit fuse is open or short circuit; if the pilot pressure is normal; whether the servo control valve - the servo piston is stuck; the distributor confluence failure, etc.; exclude other possibilities And finally disassemble the hydraulic pump.
