1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years of export experience in designing and producing vehicle and machinery parts.
2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we can provide samples for free, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for your formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create approved samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples and create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in house?
We have an in-house spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile testing machine to control mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) as a non-destructive testing (NDT) method to check internal defects in castings.
