The air compressor is exhausted according to the corresponding design flow

The air compressor unit includes a three-stage compression centrifugal oil-free compressor, a motor, a built-in primary and secondary cooler and a gas water separator, a lubricating oil system, a microcomputer control cabinet, a safety valve, a steam trap, and various measuring and control instruments. They are all integrated on the platform with built-in oil pool, which can be hoisted as a whole, with a spindle power of 1.1 MW. The compressor has 3 rotors, all of which are gear-shaft-worm gear structures, meshing with the same disc gear, the latter by asynchronous motor drive. The air compressor has two operating modes: constant pressure control and dual automatic control. When operating according to the constant pressure control, if the downstream load does not exceed the set exhaust pressure, the air compressor is exhausted according to the corresponding design flow; when the load pressure reaches and there is a tendency to exceed the set pressure, the intake throttle valve The automatic shutoff is small, the exhaust flow is reduced accordingly, and the minimum flow allowed is approached, and finally the pneumatic bypass valve is opened to exhaust to the atmosphere, so that the air compressor is unloaded. When operating in double automatic control, when the load pressure is lower than the set value, the air compressor automatically changes from the unloading state to the load state.

The microcomputer control cabinet automatically realizes the operation and control management, status detection, value alarm and fault stop of the air compressor. As long as people select the control mode on the control panel, and operate four switches of preparation, start, load and stop, the whole process of the air compressor can be realized. The expansion joint is used to isolate the vibration, absorb the heat expansion and contraction, and eliminate the influence of the downstream pipeline installation on the air compressor. The aftercooler is used to cool the final stage of the air compressor to remove free water through a subsequent centrifugal gas water separator. A check valve is used to prevent reverse flow of downstream gas. The sealing gas of the air compressor rotor, the throttle valve and the driving gas of the bypass valve are all supplied by a small instrument air source.
