Degussa independently researches and develops the first large-scale drying equipment in China

Recently, Qingdao Degute Energy Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. has independently developed an annual output of 60,000 tons of carbon black tumbler dryers, and has obtained the certification of the first (set) major technical equipment in domestic key areas. This is the new project that the company won the title of “The First Set” again after the 950°C UHT pipe heat exchanger was certified in the first set in 2013.

Degussa is a supplier of energy saving and heat transfer solutions and a professional manufacturer of chemical equipment. With an annual output of 60,000 tons of rotary drum dryers, Degussa has built on its experience in the design and manufacture of dryers in the past decade. It has exceeded the traditional maximum output of 40,000 tons of dryer technology and independently developed large-scale drying equipment. The product's structural dimension is the first in the domestic industry. Each year, it can save 2,386 tons of standard coal equivalent, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 5948.3 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 178.95 tons, nitrogen oxides by 89.475 tons, and carbon dust by 1622.48 tons. It can save 1.55 million yuan for customers.

It is understood that as a high-tech enterprise that has been recognized as the first (set) enterprise in China for two consecutive years, Deguste Energy Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. has obtained 21 utility model patents and 4 invention patents.
