MAN wins orders for deepwater lifting pipelaying engine

A deepwater lifting pipelaying vessel from Mann Diesel will use the company's engine and SCR system. It is reported that the ship was ordered by Petrofac, and the six 16V32/44CR engines on board will have a single power of 9,600 kW, each of which will be equipped with an SCR system.
The ship is called "Petrofac JDS 6000" and is 215.9 meters long. It was built in Zhenhua Heavy Industry in January this year. It was designed by shipowner Petrofac and used MAN engine and SCR system number to meet the upcoming IMO Tier III emissions. Limitation requirements.
