Another fire department has recently been added to the site under MABAS Division 19—the Palos Fire Protection District. Located in Palos Park, this department operates from two stations and has 41 full-time and part-time personnel on its roster, including 12 part-time members. They serve a district that spans 15 square miles, covering parts of Palos Park, Palos Heights, Orland Park, and unincorporated areas of Palos Township.

Their fire suppression fleet includes three E-ONE engines, a 110-foot E-ONE quint, and a pair of Road Rescue ambulances. In addition, they operate a brush rig and an elliptical tanker provided by 4-Guys. These vehicles help them respond effectively to a wide range of emergencies across their service area.
