The equipment uses a high-performance super-hard alloy disc saw, and the entire cutting process is controlled by a programmable system. It can automatically cut materials according to pre-set lengths, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy.
This innovation replaces the traditional method of using manual grinding wheels, which was time-consuming and less precise. Compared to conventional cutting machines, this new equipment increases cutting efficiency by 3 to 5 times, reduces environmental impact, and improves workplace safety. It supports minimum cutting lengths of 600 mm and maximum lengths of 3,000 mm, with a tolerance of less than 2 mm. The cutting feed speed reaches up to 30 mm/s, making it highly suitable for industrial applications where precision and speed are critical.
