Historic fire Hubbard Street fire with multiple LODD, 1-28-61

This message comes from Eric Haak:

I wanted to share some photos of the Hubbard Street fire that I came across. While many images of this event are well known, I believe a few of these might not have been widely seen before. The first image shows the front of the building before it collapsed. I think it was taken facing north from under the railroad bridge. The second photo captures Snorkel 1 in the alley. Photos three and four depict the ruins, and I believe they were taken looking south from the Grand Avenue bridge.
One interesting detail is the fifth image, which is a close-up of photo three. It shows an Ahrens-Fox engine supplying the high-pressure rig. If I got any of the details wrong, I’d love to hear from you. I’ve always been curious about where these photos were taken and who the original photographer was. I own the original negatives for all four images, but I don’t know the identity of the person who took them.
